About Eileen
Eileen Mullen is a certified Breathwork Facilitator trained by internationally recognized teacher David Elliott. Her work is informed by years of dedicated practice and study in breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and human potential.
An East Hampton resident, mother of four grown children, wellness advocate, and former Coronary Intensive Care Unit nurse at Weill Cornell Medical Center, Eileen's path has always been guided by a deep curiosity about what helps people heal, grow, and live meaningful lives.
Throughout her life and career, one theme has remained constant: a genuine love of people and a desire to support others through life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.
Today, Eileen creates immersive breathwork experiences that invite participants into a more expansive experience of themselves. Combining breath, music, and presence, she creates a welcoming environment where people can reconnect with what matters most and experience greater clarity, connection, purpose, and joy.
Her intention is simple: to help people experience life more fully.
