About Eileen

Eileen Mullen is a certified Breathwork Facilitator trained by internationally recognized teacher David Elliott. Her work is rooted in years of dedicated study and practice in breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and personal transformation.

A longtime East Hampton resident, mother of four, wellness advocate, and former Coronary Intensive Care Unit nurse at Weill Cornell Medical Center, Eileen has spent her life exploring what helps people heal, grow, and thrive.

Throughout her career and personal journey, one belief has remained constant: that every person has an innate capacity for healing, resilience, and transformation when given the space and support to reconnect with themselves.

Today, Eileen guides immersive breathwork experiences that combine intentional breathing, music, and presence to create a safe and supportive environment for self-discovery. Her sessions invite participants to quiet the noise of everyday life, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and cultivate greater clarity, connection, purpose, and joy.

Her intention is simple: to help people come home to themselves and experience life more fully.
